Description
The FIAscanner is a versatile, high-performance fluorescence analyzer. It provides fast, accurate, and reliable detection of analytes across a wide range of sample types, including patulin, raw milk, cereals/feed, tissue, serum/plasma, and more. Its portable design makes it suitable for both laboratory and field testing, while the compact size and lightweight construction allow for easy transport and handheld operation.
Advanced Detection Technology
The FIAscanner uses a high-resolution SMD LED with a 365nm excitation wavelength and a photosensitive receiver with a response band of 320–1000nm (centered at 610nm). Fluorescence emitted from test microspheres is collected and converted into electrical signals, providing accurate quantification of analytes. The analyzer supports both Standard Test mode with incubation and Quick Test mode for immediate results.
User-Friendly Operation
The touchscreen interface guides users through all steps, from ID chip verification and sample information entry to test execution and result printing. The built-in thermal printer allows immediate result documentation. Users can also manage historical data efficiently, including searching, deleting, printing, and exporting via USB. Optional LIS integration enables direct connection to laboratory information systems for streamlined data management.
Safety and Maintenance
The FIAscanner is designed with user safety and instrument longevity in mind. Safety features include power precautions, liquid ingress protection, and proper handling instructions for hazardous substances. Maintenance is minimal, limited to external cleaning with mild disinfectants and replacing printer paper.
