Description
SAMPIBIO® Stick n Sponge Sampling kits are designed for microbiological surface sampling in areas where reach, operator safety, and sampling consistency are critical. The integrated rigid handle allows operators to sample difficult or hard-to-reach locations while minimising direct hand contact with the sampling area.
Used widely across food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and industrial hygiene programs, Stick n Sponge systems provide a reliable method for collecting representative microbiological samples from equipment surfaces, drains, walls, and other challenging sampling locations.
Stick n Sponge Sampling Options
SAMPIBIO® Stick n Sponge kits are available in both cellulose and polyurethane sponge materials to accommodate different surface conditions and sampling requirements.
Cellulose Stick n Sponge
Cellulose stick and sponge samplers combine the high absorbency of cellulose with an ergonomic rigid handle for extended reach and improved operator safety. Their soft sponge structure enables effective microorganism recovery from smooth or delicate surfaces while allowing consistent sampling technique.
Polyurethane Stick n Sponge
Polyurethane stick and sponge samplers provide increased durability and mechanical strength, making them suitable for rougher surfaces and demanding sampling environments. The stronger sponge structure helps maintain consistent contact with irregular surfaces during sampling.
