Sterile Sampling Bags & Stand-Up Bags

SAMPIBIO® sterile sampling bags are designed to safely collect and transport solid, semi-solid, and liquid samples without contamination. Wide openings allow easy sample insertion, while integrated wire closures provide secure, leak-proof sealing.

Stand-up bags provide the stability of bottles with a fraction of the weight and storage space, making them ideal for water sampling, rinse fluids, and liquid microbiology workflows. Selected models include sodium thiosulfate tablets to neutralize chlorine during water sampling, preserving microbial viability for accurate pathogen detection

Blender Bags for Homogenization & Filtration

SAMPIBIO® Blender Bags are used to homogenize food, environmental, and industrial samples prior to microbiological testing. They are compatible with all standard laboratory homogenizers and are available in:

• Plain blender bags for general sample processing

• Filtered blender bags with non-woven or microperforated full-page filters that allow particle-free aliquot extraction during blending

• Wire-closure models for secure, leak-proof handling

These designs allow laboratories to move directly from solid sample → blended suspension → pipette-ready aliquot, improving accuracy and reducing handling time

Surface Sampling: Sponges, Stick-and-Sponge & Wipes

SAMPIBIO® surface sampling kits provide high-recovery collection of microorganisms from equipment, walls, drains, conveyors, and food contact surfaces.

Available formats include:

• Cellulose or polyurethane sponges

• Stick-and-sponge systems for hard-to-reach areas

• Blue wipe systems for large-area surface sampling

All kits are available dry or pre-moistened with:

• Buffered Peptone Water (BPW) for microbial recovery

• Neutralizing solutions for post-sanitization testing

• Letheen broth or neutralizing buffers to inactivate disinfectants

This ensures accurate detection of organisms such as Listeria, Salmonella, and E. coli, even after cleaning and disinfection
