How do we achieve this?

We identify and track specific points or weakness in the process where spoilage, contaminating micro-organism or foreign objects will occur. We use specialised tests and software developed to capture data and look for re-occurring trend so that we can identify the source and the root cause of the problem.

Once the source is identified, we have various control measures we put in place to stop or remove the source of contamination. We optimise the process by reducing the number of steps involved and this helps reduce costs.

As an on-going measure, we provide hygiene training (qualified trainer) to your staff to help increase awareness on hygiene and improve on GMP across your business.
